Bobby went above and beyond when him and his team moved us from the Illawarra to the mid north coast. We had so much furniture it took almost double the time as expected and we were unable to get everything into the truck, even though Bobby had packed it to perfection. So Bobby offered to pick up the rest 2 days later. Bobbys can do caring and kind personality was wonderful nothing was to much or a problem for him. Bobby and his team were absolutely amazing. We have used them on 2 ocassions, one local Coffs Harbour job and one huge interstate move, and were so impressed with both. Bobby was nothing short of incredibly professional, punctual, and provided the most efficient service we have used. We have had issues with other Coffs removalists giving quoted prices at a fantastic rate to get our service, then being invoiced a much greater price because their employees didnt want to be there and were incredibly slow, and there was none of that with Bobby. He was fast, willing and professional. He even went out of his way to pick up a lounge on his way from Coffs to Melbourne - even though it was a last minute addition and other customers had already made him run late. Bobby came and took a very heavy large table and eight dining chairs for us to Sydney..we could not believe that one man could do it. Nothing worried him and he was happy and cheerful through the experience.He also moved a very large cabinet up steep stairs at the other end. (Which he did not know about and was asked to do when he arrived)He did and cheerfully delivered it through Sydney peck hour to Mosman.Bobby has also helped us out over a pick up drama with King Furniture in Sydney (evening ringing a friend in Sydney to see if they could do it.
